The cable is working perfectly.
It had to have a connector to use with my set up, but the tech guy knew exactly what was needed to make the correct connection and went right to it. Solved the puzzle of hooking it up.

Sturdy and reliable charger
I like using the Staples' Braided Micro USB to USB-A cable. I work in an office with multiple devices that use this type of charging cord and other USB cords. I am very impressed with this Staples charger. I love how long it is and how easy it is to charge some thing that is not super close to the wall. This cable is a nice length, about 6 or so feet, which makes it easy to use in many places where plus are not in a good location, or in the car if multiple people need to reach the phone/device. This is the highest quality USB cable I've ever owned. Most cables seem to be made out of cheap plastic, but this one is a braided cable that is built to last.
