A Pleasure To Return
I bought this charger several weeks ago. It worked fine until one day it didn’t. I did not save the box and was worried about returning it to Staples. The sales person took my item, checked it out, saw that it didn’t work and gave me a new one. She did this with a smile and it was such a pleasure to deal with them.

Broke after 1 use
Super disappointing. I bought to aid in the USBc transition. Used it once, and now it’s dead. No ports work and I’m out the money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Great travel charger
Best charger I have ever owned.Got it as a gift. My phone, Galaxy S23, it can be at 10% and it charges it in an hour. Charges my tablet really fast too.

Randomly just stopped working
This is really disappointing the fact that it hasn't been over a month yet. It randomly stopped charging and I am puzzled by this because there was no heavy usage. I made sure to verify this by using different charging cable and outlets to see if issue resolved.
