I was only given 2 weeks eligible to return this product. But I am disabled and didnt even get it set up until after that. This is an awful machine.There is a problem with the paper feeder tray and wont stay where it needs to be for regular size paper 81/2 x 11. I honestly don't like this printer, but my boss wanted me to have the same printer as him. It prints very slow, and often gives me a "printer offline" notification, even though it's hooked up to the ethernet cable. I also don't like the order in which the pages print. HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e Wide Format All-in-One Printer

HP Has Never Let Me Down
This is my fourth HP printer, the previous one lasting 15 years. This one is similar to my previous but with more features. I absolutely love HP printers. Very clear printing. Photos are so printine. I hope this one lasts as long as the last one.

Try another printer to purchase
I have been having printing issues from the start. Some days it prints without having to shut everything down and some days it does not. Sometimes the screen states that "internet connection is unavailable" The connection is the same everyday and nothing changes, except I cannot print on some days.

Great office printer
This is a great printer in B&W and Color , fast i can scan, super easy to install with USB cable or Wifi. Really like it and doesn't take for ever to print so big plus. i use it when i dont have to walk all the way to the office industrial printer

Scanning and Printing problem
The scanning function is not stable. Sometime I could not use scanning by using printer directly. Then, I need to use through computer. Also, when printing PDF file, there are so many problem on it.

1. Multiple alerts to "paper jam", the #1 tray does not hold the paper securely. #2 I treid to print a large document (45 pages) the information transferred to the printer, was listed in the cheque but would not print or cancel. Prints fine
The printer prints fine once it is set up. I had a difficult time getting it set up initially and the power cord does not connect well. If you move the printer, the cord easily disconnects. The quality for document printing is good. I haven't tried printing any photos yet.
