Fast to install with instructions but need better drill holes
The desk took about 2 hours to setup. The table did not have all the screw holes for my C frame but was pretty easy to drill in the holes myself with the tools provided.
Been using it for the past 2 weeks and am loving how easy it is to go between modes, and certainly the anti-collison feature works well.

Avoid at all costs.
The worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any online company. Avoid at all costs. Difficult to get assistance much less actually get a shipped product into your hands.

I'm an engineer, and this is probably one of the worst assembly instructions I've ever used. The customer service was also not helpful at all. I believe the core issue stems from the multiple desk sizes that the standing desk is designed to accommodate — which likely caused confusion in the instructions.

Great desk. The instructions could be a little clearer. And need instructions on the controls as to what does what other than up and down. But overall very happy. Needed a desk that was higher for my tall husband. This works perfectly, especially when paired with his Herman Miller Aeron chair

Some of the screws were free especially the one next to the central block under the desk where all the wires go. Yes, desk is heavy duty and handles heavy table top pretty well but is it worth the money? May be not

Really impressed with the E7
Really impressed with the E7 Pro. Heavy duty enough for my needs, not terribly hard to put together, and the raising lowering movement is super smooth and fast. You’ll definitely want a second person to help you get the frame box into your space to setup and it helps to have someone to move the desk into place once built. So far, this desk seems great! It definitely looks great. The motor is quiet and the keypad was easy to use. If I was to give it any feedback, the instructions could be better, and there were a couple of missing predrilled holes.

great desk, great customer service.
great desk, great customer service. first tabletop had damage due to shipping, they sent another tabletop free of charge and it came within 7 days (damage free). desk assembly went smoothly. it does a full lift from sitting to standing height in about 15 seconds. very happy with this purchase

Desk itself is great. Had
Desk itself is great. Had issues getting the table top delivered undamaged since it's not packaged very well. I was able to get a replacement and then a discount for the damage still caused, Luckily the legs were packed well enough to survive what looked like a pride of lions trying to get at a T-bone steak.

Solid! I’m quite tall and I can extend it all the way up to my hearts content. Assembly was fairly easy. The bamboo surface got a superficial scratch on it already, but whatever. Over all I like it quite a bit
