A solid headphone that can be used for days!
The JBL Tune 720BT are an affordable over the ear style headphone that have great sound. They have 40mm drivers giving a very full, warm and clean sound to all music genres. Not worth it
The quality of the materials is subpar; the leather on the speaker cushions deteriorated within just a few months. When I attempted to replace them, every attachment hook broke. Given that it was manufactured in China, one should expect the product to be priced around $30, rather than the $80.

Great Headphones

Sound Quality diminishing
The sound quality has significantly reduced after doing a software upgrade on the JBL app. They no longer sound as loud and clear as before

Good headphone for kids
For the price these headphones deliver decent sound and have a good battery life, only charging them once every few days. I bought them for my teenager to use watching videos and listening to music and they have had no complaints.

Everything I was looking for
So far, so good -- easy to operate, great sound and has easy-to-connect charger and wire-in listening. Seems like a really good product.

Bad design
I have bought 2 of these now and both broke at the hinge. The sound is great and still works but no point buying a headset that won't stay on your head. Very disappointed and will not be buying again, especially seeing as you don't offer my country warranties and it didn't even last a year

Nice, but volume is to low
It was easy to connect to phone, tv, but the volume was disappointing too low. I have tried to increase volume through the app, but that's the best I can do.

My favorite affordable headphones
I've had mine for around 6 months as a cheaper replacement for my old pair of headphones and I love them. The battery life is insane and they really only need to be charged for ten minutes if you're in a rush. Incredibly low volume. Really sucks on the bus or in the gym. Also, the fact that these ones aren't compatible with the app sucks. Bought some $25 headphones at a bodega near my house and they're louder, punchier, better bass.... pretty unfortunate purchase on my part. Too late to return already got my earwax on it. Bummer dood.

Love my new JBL 720bt

Great fit and sound quality
These have great sound and fit my large head perfectly but are also comfortable on my daughters head. I use these to listen to music, podcasts, and teams meeting for work. Although maybe not specifically designed for meetings they work great and everyone says they can hear me perfectly.

Great sound, but the fit is too tight for me
These headphones have good bass and strong mids and highs. They sound really great aund get quite loud. They have the standard excellent sound quality JBL is known for.
