Affordable. Fantastic.
Simple and sounds perfect, wanted an affordable alternative to wireless earbuds. Going back to hardwire has been very enjoyable for consuming content and editing.

No go
I bought them probably about a month ago. They were great in the beginning, but already stopped working. The left side went out and then within probably an hour the right side stopped working. Not sure what kind of warranty I have

Will get spoiled less than 6 months.
The sound is excellent. But it will definitely get spoiled before 6 months, and only one earbud will work. bought 3 sets of earbuds, all of them got spoiled in the same above mentioned way.

Excited at first, and then NOT so much afterwards
Love the JBL brand. Found a new love for my listening pleasure in the JBL Tune 310C USBs.
How've, in less than two months into usage... my volume up/down stop functioning. In addition, while on a phone call ... I was able to hear the caller, but they were unable to hear me. Frustrating and annoying to say the least. Would really appreciate it if I could perhaps receive ...

dissapointed!!!!
I bought these hoping to replace the regular earphones since these have the usb-c already installed.. They dont work after less then a month of regular use ):
The usb-c connection is weak & doesn't connect correctly too my phone anymore.

stopped working in less than two months
these headphones lasted me 6 weeks before they broke. the sound is now in and out and even holding it into the phone won’t work. don’t buy.

First, let’s determine if the source device (Phone, iPad, Computer, etc.) is giving the problem. Please try connecting to a different source using the same wire and headphones. If the problem is resolved, this means that the jack in your phone is no longer working properly. Next, flex the wire where it joins with the source device. If there is a change in dropouts, this means that the wire is bad. For further assistance, please contact us.

One side stopped working
Right sight stopped working a few months after purchase despite delicate handling and fairly infrequent use. I can still use the volume controller, but the sound doesn't go through.

One thing I would like to point out is the maximum setting and control of the headphones in the phone is a non-existent element of the product with cables ol dinner even everything is different it gets 4 out of 5 it's more than ok

Extremely Disappointing Quality

Not Durable
I was gifted these by a friend and after about 3 weeks of use the left earbud is no longer outputting sound as some connection on the inside is damaged. Very mild use by the way as I cycle between the use of wireless earbuds and two other pairs of over ear headphones.

Average headphones with bad usb-c connector
The usb-c connector is very tight, very hard to unplug from my phone and laptop. I have to force it to be able to unpluge the headphones.Volume level could be higher. Have a cheaper jbl wired headphones with better audio quality.

Light with Excellent Sound
Can't express enough how much I have enjoyed these little pieces of a wonder. First off, the appearance is nice the design is cool with pleasant visual vibe (well branded). The sound quality is perfect for me (all around), I get fully immersed while listening. They cable feels fragile, but really that depends on the care you give them, so no complaint about that.

Overpriced and average sounding earphones
After using samsung's AKG tuned earphones, I was very much interested in Harman Audio as AKG is their subsidiary. But this earphone is a total let down. The audio quality is mediocre and honestly it sounds like an average ₹400-500 headset.

Average wired earbuds
I bought the 310c to replace my 110 because of the reviews of how they sounded. But in my honest opinion the 110 sounds better. The 110 are louder and seems to have more bass.
