Apple won't take it back or refund because its past the 2 week window and Belkin will only send me a replacement (which I don't want). Extremely disappointed with Belkin and Apple...
This item is not a quality product. It wakes me up with a chirp at various times during the A.M. hours and there appears to be no way to stop that from happening. Also, in 8 hours it only charged my phone from 45% to 79%. (Every now and then, it will get to almost 100%.) It does better charging my watch. Well built, but show life span
Although this charger is physically solid and weighted sufficiently to safely hold a watch and phone, mine stopped working after three weeks of use. I ordered it from Apple and they agreed to replace it, but that still doesn't leave me with a warm fuzzy thinking about the longevity of this device.

It’s just what I wanted
Great product that works well. This replaced a cheaper charger that would only show the time on my phone at night for 4-5 hours. While connected to the Belkin, my phone shows time all night and my phone charges fully. I’ve only used it for 2 nights and I hope it keeps working considering some of the service difficulties that I’m reading about from others

Worked for 3 months
Really like the form factor and was excited to use the product but the phone charger stopped working after 3 months. Would have expected significantly longer life from an expensive product. Belkin Support, can you help?

Worked for 6 months
Worked great for 6 months and just stopped charging. Very disappointed given the cost and I thought I was buying a quality brand.

Would be nice if it worked
This product works <50% of the time. I often place my watch and phone on the charger without any successful charging. There doesn’t seem to be any specific reason why it will or won’t charge. I have had it for less than two weeks and will be reaching out to customer support.

It’s good to have a charging base such as this type to charge both Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max and Apple Watch Ultra (GEN 1) in your bedroom simultaneously charging these two most used devices. Overheats
Can't use it. It gets super hot and shuts down my watch and phone while charging. Obviously a product defect.

Beautiful non-operating paperweight

Looks great, works OK.
Looks nice. Moves nicely. I like the adjustable display for the phone. Problem is it will not fully charge my phone while playing white noise. Do not purchase
I bought two of these from Apple and they both don't work properly!!! It will work like half of the time. I've isolated it several times. Also, the power block is hidden in the package so make sure you find it.
