Make sure you WAIT for the extra code!
When you set up your HP+ account, you have to have Stapes’ additional code, otherwise you’ll only get 6 free months of instant ink, and very well could have to spend an afternoon on the phone with HP to try to get the rest.
Staples really should put that info in their product description prominently, and towards the top so more customers see it.

Worst printer I have ever owned since 1996
Worst printer I've ever owned - dating back to 1996. I've installed the driver multiple times and have troubleshooted it countless times. It is so compact and small than the old copiers I am amazed how well it performs! I hope to get wifi soon as the new portable I ordered hasn't arrived. Great color prints and crisp black printing.

Printer FREE w/ink subscription
So far, so good. Because I don't use it often, I sometimes forget how things work, but every time I call, they assist me. I have referred HP and their services (about this plan in particular) to many others, and two or three have already taken the offer. By the way, do I get any kind of referral fee?

Printing & Scanning Delight
I am enjoying using my new HP DeskJet 2842e All-in-One Printer. The quality of the printed pages and the scanned copies is just superb. As it is wireless, I am saved from the hassle of sorting out wires. What a delight. Thank you HP.

Do not buy - horrible printing
I just purchased this from staples and have rarely used it. Maybe 10 pages? It is not printing correctly, the paper feeds 10 pages at a time, and it's no longer printing black although it says I have ink. It says I cannot return it

Good printer
This is one of the more affordable printers I came across on my rushed journey to replace my printer before my approaching finals. The set up was pretty straightforward between the manual provided and the step-by-step given by the HP Smart application.
