Make sure you WAIT for the extra code!
When you set up your HP+ account, you have to have Stapes’ additional code, otherwise you’ll only get 6 free months of instant ink, and very well could have to spend an afternoon on the phone with HP to try to get the rest.
Staples really should put that info in their product description prominently, and towards the top so more customers see it.

I should have shopped around. I have to unplug the power cord and replug this printer often to get it to work again. It's like it goes into power saver mode and doesn't know how to come out of it. The print quality is decent and it is nice to have the document feeder. The scan quality isn't great but it works. I like how easy it was to install and is pretty simple to us...

Right on the money
I knew I needed a printer. Needing government forms filled out and printed in a hurry I had to act fast.
In the 90’s our computer lab had hp computers and I trust them.

Just all around bad
I would not recommend this printer and HP online support never worked for me. Instead I found phone numbers online that could also easily be a scammer and there is really no way to tell which one you found as both legit and scam support will want to directly access your computer remotely. You can pay for support but it’s cheaper to buy another printer instead. The print...

Can't connect
Can't, or won't connect wirelessly to a brand new Lenovo laptop. HP's customer service solution to the problem was for me to subscribe to a $400 per year antivirus program. Thanks, but no thanks. The printer costs $100.
