I would give less than 1 star if I could
1st purchase - the hot and cool water didn't dispense. I ordered a replacement. The cool and cold would dispense but not the hot. Hot water just ran on its own but pushing the dispense button would stop it.

The nozzle of the dispenser is damaged hence water keeps dripping all the time.

Love this one!
The unit I had ended up scaling up in the heater canister, there was not repairing it, I sourced the Primo, read the reviews and am very pleased. The reviews mentioned some noise from the pump and cooler, I admit it does from time to time but after making sure it was perfectly level and a piece of foam between the lines in back it is quiet. Great features...
This product so far has been decent. My only issue is the water doesn't get near boiling as advertised. It averages around 158 deg for the hot. Not sure if this is a safety feature for home models vs office types. As far as the hidden bottle feature its nice but didn't realize that since its bottle loads from the bottom and pumps the water up, it wastes about 2c per cha...

It,s great having Hot, Cold, Room temp all in one. We needed something small to fit in a small kitchen. This unit is perfect for our situation.
