I would give less than 1 star if I could
1st purchase - the hot and cool water didn't dispense. I ordered a replacement. The cool and cold would dispense but not the hot. Hot water just ran on its own but pushing the dispense button would stop it.

The nozzle of the dispenser is damaged hence water keeps dripping all the time.

2nd machine in 12 years
Purchased over a year ago. Still going strong. Our previous Primo dispenser (top load) was purchased in. 2011 and officially died in 2022. We have never had a problem with the dispensers if you clean them as needed and follow safety instructions. Only reason I won't give 5* is it rattles when dispensing it's annoying but it doesn't rattle all the time so I can't compla...

Works Flawless with great safety feature
I bough this approx 4 years ago. I use it every day. And love it very much. I bought it for it’s the look of my modern stainless steel kitchen. It has always has operation. I dispense 5 gallons a week, tea, instant coffee. Cup of noodles Even instant mashed potatoes. Dispenses really hot and really cold water easy to clean as well

Don't get the bells and whistles
Our hot NEVER got hot. We've had ours about 2 years and the spicket is shooting in all directions making it impossible to hold a cup under it without water shooting out from all directions. I'm trying to see if I can just replace the spicket but am having no luck.

Love this one!
The unit I had ended up scaling up in the heater canister, there was not repairing it, I sourced the Primo, read the reviews and am very pleased. The reviews mentioned some noise from the pump and cooler, I admit it does from time to time but after making sure it was perfectly level and a piece of foam between the lines in back it is quiet. Great features...
This product so far has been decent. My only issue is the water doesn't get near boiling as advertised. It averages around 158 deg for the hot. Not sure if this is a safety feature for home models vs office types. As far as the hidden bottle feature its nice but didn't realize that since its bottle loads from the bottom and pumps the water up, it wastes about 2c per cha...

It,s great having Hot, Cold, Room temp all in one. We needed something small to fit in a small kitchen. This unit is perfect for our situation.
