HP LaserJet Pro 3201dw Wireless Color Printer
The printer doesn't communicate the PC on a regular basis. Always issues with wrong size paper when it's just standard letter paper. I will more than likely be retuning the printer.

NOT for card stock
This printer was advertised to support cardstock; however, we were unable to get it to consistently 'pick up' cardstock (65lb, so not even the heavy cardstock), resulting in paper jams on every second or third attempt to print. Returned it within a week of purchase. Still looking for a good cardstock-capable printer...

What a DISAPOINTMENT!!
This printer is NOT what I BELIEVED I was buying and even though I bought the "service contract," I get ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE. Staples is NOT a good company to do business with like it USED to be.

Good printer
So far so good. I’ve only had the printer scanner for about a month. It was easy to install all the programs worked with. It is Wi-Fi enabled, and all the hardware inside my house that can print works on it. It’s a sturdy piece of gear. The packaging kept the printer safe.

Worst Printer I've Ever Used
Endless problems. Works one min, not the next. Out of paper error msg when I have plenty of paper. Settings change on their own and I have to reset. I've had to reboot this printer and my computer more times than I can count. Almost ready to throw it in the garbage and start fresh w/something else. Drives me bonkers.
