Just what I want
A small, color, laser, wireless, printer with duplex capability. Just a printer; I didn't want a multi-function printer.
The printer makes a whining noise when it prints which has taken some getting used to. I've had it 3 weeks and have had one paper jam which was easy to clear. I haven't printed in color much, but what I have done looks good to me.

Just received this one week ago and although I have used it to print a bit it is already saying low on toner????

Not a useful item
The computer doesn't make copies as: I needed a copy of car
registration for home as orginal goes in car,
Had to return it. The Staples said "Print only" I thought it meant
no Italics, etc. Time & money for Staples and Myself
Can't imaging business or home would want such a machine

One missing option
This is a good printer, the cost of toner cartridges are on par with other printers. The one thing I don't like is you can only feed one page at a time in the manual feed option. You have to hold the paper and feed it b, there is not tray for manual fee hand

Don't be fooled by its size ... this printer is a power house. Setup was a breeze, plug and play all the way. The Bluetooth auto-detect did its thing, and I was printing within 10 minutes from opening the box. Free delivery was nice, speedy as well. So far, all is great!
It's a little noisier than my 10+ year-old color LaserJet that I replaced, but it's 10 times faster to start printing and produces excellent results.

Terrible
This is the worst printer I have ever bought. It doesn't stay connected to the computers. We have to continually restart the printer or uninstall/reinstall to get it to work. Don't waste your money. Would give it 0 stars if possible.

quit
worked for three days and then quit as i was printing two documents. The printer can not be found. In the middle of printing, with no changes. I rebooted, changed cables, and did everything. There is NO NO NO support. The website "support" will not take my serial number. I'd like help.

Nothing but issues
I bought 3 of these printers for the company, and all 3 have been nothing but issues, constant problems with printing errors saying no paper, google extension, printer in fault. This is happening for all the printers, so stay away from this printer.

Great printer!
I’ve been so happy with my printer! The color payout is fantastic and has trucked right along with all of the printing I need to get done for homeschooling. I’m anxious to see how long the ink lasts, but I’m thrilled so far!

Superb printer for small businesses
The HP Color LaserJet Pro 3201dw is a great addition to work from home small businesses. I am thoroughly impressed buy its ease of use and operability. It is a complete multifunctional printer that prints clean color and B?W pages. It is perfect for both small businesses and for school-aged kids in the family.

Rich Color and Fast
