Just what I want
A small, color, laser, wireless, printer with duplex capability. Just a printer; I didn't want a multi-function printer.
The printer makes a whining noise when it prints which has taken some getting used to. I've had it 3 weeks and have had one paper jam which was easy to clear. I haven't printed in color much, but what I have done looks good to me.

Auto duplex, minor setup issues.
Main issue is scan features require PC, won’t work with Mac.

WIN 11 Supported and Simple Controls
Microsoft no longer supported my printer and my scanner, so I bought this all-in-one. Its controls are simple and well implemented. Print quality is quite good. Its wireless interaction with our iPhones was simple to set up as was its ethernet and wireless support of six WIN 11 and WIN 10 networked computers.

Easy to get up and running.
I’ve had it a while, but only got it hooked up yesterday. Unlike other printers I have owned, there was minimal packing material and tape required to unpack it. Installing the software was quick and easy, and the quality if the printed pages was great. Horrible printer
I run a small business, this printer does not work for the little amount of printing I do on a daily basis. It constanly lags and the ink doesn't last. The scanner jams or scans in the document in a strange format. I have never been unhappy with HP, but this printer makes me want to try something else. Not worth the cost

NO help on product.

The printer itself is very nice. I would recommend plugging it in at least a day or two before you actually need it to allow for any updates to happen. Once the updates take place you will need to download the printer driver. Once that is done things connect relatively smooth. If the updates are not complete it seems to have issues connecting to the internet and devices...

Worst HP printer ever
Could not stop it from throwing error messages, multiple updates and just made it worse. Now can't print without having to "ok" from an "load paper" message. Both printers have serious issues.

Worst setup on Mac for any printer I have owned
This is the worst printer. I’ve had a set up in 10 years. The air print drivers are easy and work well. But printing from a Mac laptop or anything else connected to the network is so clunky I had to download a driver through the Apple store and then spend hours of my life. That’ll never get back trying to get it to work. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to get it work, but...

Excellent printer and Staples staff
The gentleman at the store that helped me was great. He helped me find the printer I wanted, took it to the register and loaded it in the car for me. And, it was pouring rain! The printer was the easiest set up to my house WiFi I’ve ever had. Great exp all around.

I was very disappointed to find I had no choice in joining the HP cloud service after installing the printer in my home office.

Didn't know when I purchased this printer that the toners were very expensive abd could only be purchased as a HP chip toner. Quite expensive. Good printer, but HP is gouging.
