Bought two for my office and have been regretting them ever since. I originally wanted Brother, but could not get the cartridges through quill so I decided to try this HP one. Don't bother. It's is a consistent headache of restarts to get it to recognize the correct ink levels, paper in drawer, and connectivity.

I believe I've made the right choice
I have only had my HP printer for a short time and I like it. I do what it wants and it follows my direction, we get along fine. Printing my checks for paying bills I only had to tell my computer that I was using a new "HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301" printer it did not need any explanation of the check format, it was all figured out. Coping is easy, color is the best....

Toners cost more that the machine and the printer goes offline all the time unless you are printing nonstop

HP is the best.
This is my third HP Printer. My last one died from being heavily used for over a decade. This new one is faster, pints sharper, and is exactly what I need for my small office. We print labels, brochures, photos, and plain business forms every day.

terrible printer
This is a terrible printer if you are doing any sort of business, every 1-2 weeks we have to change the ink cartridges, it is the slowest printer I have ever used as an adult. Overall performance is terrible and would not recommend to any person to buy.

New Laser Jet
So far, the printer works well with minimal issues. Only issue in the beginning is getting it to connect/reconnect with wi-fi when it's been "asleep" for a while. Printing quality is very good.
