Just what I want
A small, color, laser, wireless, printer with duplex capability. Just a printer; I didn't want a multi-function printer.
The printer makes a whining noise when it prints which has taken some getting used to. I've had it 3 weeks and have had one paper jam which was easy to clear. I haven't printed in color much, but what I have done looks good to me.

Just received this one week ago and although I have used it to print a bit it is already saying low on toner????

This all in one is great for the office or home. It is smaller then the average size and does all that the larger all in ones do, clear full color and prints.

WORST PRINTER EVER
This printer has good reviews however I must have gotten a lemon. This printer took forever to get it where it wouldn't print on both sides of a page, it constantly tells me the printer is out of paper when it is full of paper, it is VERY SLOW to print, and eats up a lot of the toner (which isn't cheap). wireless printing is useless. Had to fix this 4x in the last week. All of them I assumed would be user error in the office. It's not. It's an HP software issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRINTER

Took an inordinate amount of time (8-10 min?) to calibrate.
Tried to copy a document, feeder appears to "angle" the document on copy -- something may be broken with the feeder.

It's wonderful
I had my last HP printer for about 14 years and it was very reliable. So far this one promises to be even better because it also scans,copies,and faxes-HP made progress in those 14 years. The tech support and home set up was outstanding and very helpful for an older person so I hope Staples will keep that service. Laser printers are very heavy and without the home visit...

Print speed is VERY slow. Can only feed 1 envelope/11x14 size paper into tray 1 @ a time. The description does not tell you this. Not efficient for every day small business use. Hp All in one laser printer
This machine works well. It feeds paper quickly, great color copies.
The top feeder does not stay up when put in position. When lifting up the top part to scan be careful there are no tension hinges, it can drop easily.
Works for what we need in our offices for now.
