Good computer
My family bought this computer for college and home use. Very good so far! It is much faster than our old HP. It was easy to set up and has sharp images on the screen.

Lemon
This pc has had problems after a couple of months. The hard drive is constantly running it freezes and just shuts off. It’s terribly loud and over heats. And we can’t return it. Now we are out of a lot of money because we have to purchase a new one.

Good computer

HP 255 G9 15.6" Laptop
I am very happy with the HP laptop. With the Ryzen 5 processor use on the computer and Internet connections are quite "zippy". For the price 16 gigs of RAM and a 512 gig solid state drive it is a very good deal and I would recommend it for everyday use for those who don't need a super powerful computer.

A challenge to transition. If it weren't for Staples patient tech Ryan who has put in several hours to get me up and running I would be more than frustrated!

A Great Laptop
This laptop is a great upgrade from my quite old Windows 10 PC that just bricked on me one day. Plenty of hard disk space and plenty of RAM. I use this laptop as a "desktop" and have a large monitor connected to it but the laptop screen size is sufficient for me if I were to use the laptop without an external display. Good Working Laptop

Very User Friendly
Easy to use for if you are not a computer whiz. Easy set up as the computer walks you through how to use it with frequent hints and tutorials you can click on. Nice and light yet sturdy.

Glitches
Couple of glitches not as user friendly as the Lenovo laptop I had. No insert key; it knows I'm an old guy/non-typist and it likes to mess with me.

Best I have found.
This system has great speed and functionality. integrated graphics card is great for my needs since I am not a gamer. Biggest bang for the buck.

Talk about value!
Always been a fan of AMD so this already felt like a great deal. But paired with 16GB RAM and a 512GB SSD it's blown me away with how fast it is.

Extremely pleased
So far I'm extremely pleased with the laptop. Works great have had no major problems. Easy to type read the screen and locate files. All in all made a great choice. Very light but very powerful!
