Just unpacked.
Packed very well. Everything was included. Bought as Christmas present so I can't give much more information. Just wish your Nitro store had more people to assist the customers.

Poor Memory Management
For 32GB of primary storage this laptop creeps along. I tried resetting it back to its factory defaults but there was no change. Checking memory proved there were no problems. It's just slow I am not talking about internet but the way the system itself handles primary memory.

Ugh! Would not buy again
I just retired so I'm not a power user. But this was to be my "last" laptop...because it would fill my needs. I agree with the reviewer who said it seemed to run slow due to poor memory management. Great basic computer
Got this for my mother's birthday. It is very light doesn't get hot it is comfortable to use. It is pretty good for a computer for general use.
