Just What I Needed!
This is the best purchase I've made in a while. I needed a laptop that was upgradeable and this one fits the bill. There are two RAM slots and two SSD slots. I swapped in two 16GB sticks for a total of 32GB and replaced the 512GB SSD with a 1TB one (a 2230 with a 2242 adapter) and added a 2TB 2280 to the second slot. With the 16" screen this is everything I need.

Atrocious Quality!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Keyboard keys break and fall off less than 6 months after purchase. The key caps are extremely thin and brittle and have absolutely no durability. Lenovo also refuses to fix the keys under standard warranty despite "quality of parts" clearly being part of the warranty and in fact stated in the very first sentence of the warranty. This is fraud. Great value!
I've had many laptops and while HP became my go to the prices have become to high for my budget. This Lenovo has all the same features with a slightly different feeling keyboard. Not worse just different. It has a slightly softer key press that is quieter. Nice. I recommend it!

This is a very good laptop. Very fast and easy to use. I love that the key board lights up when it is in use.

Bought new computer from Staples
Ramo Panella the Staples General manager in Altoona Iowa was very professional polite and very knowledgeable. He helped us understand and learn how to work our new Laptop Computer that we bought from the Altoona Staples store. Ramo is a very outstanding employee that Staples should be very proud of. I bought this computer last week & when I picked it up after data was transferred there was absolutely no instructions for use. I am 82 & not tec save. I have no idea how to find my information!! Makes me wish I had never updated!!

Serves our needs
My husband needed a new laptop. His old one was Windows 10 and could not be upgraded. This Lenovo services his needs with plenty of growing room to spare.

Delivery
This review is not about the laptop but about the POOR delivery. Despite providing my phone and having a code to access the building the item was left outside at the mercy of the porch pirates. This is a bad bad bad service.

Number keys on side squish the keyboard. I type a lot not good for me. However it was super fast downloading information.
