Serious Wifi Connection Issues
After many attempts reboots uninstalling and reinstalling adapters and drivers...it was useless and the labtop would not connect to Wifi despite all of our other devices being able to connect without any problems.

Serious Wifi Connection Issues

So far so good
Didn't need help setting it up. Battery life doesn't seem quite as long as is claimed but is more than adequate for my needs.

I can't get it to work.
Tech is too confusing. I have a helpdesk person but I don't even understand what the problem is. The old computer just let me in. This one has barrier after barrier. I give up.

Good laptop
So far seems to be good. Setup was easy The sound is a bit low and not top notch but usable. I do like the keyboard over my Dell.

Replaces a 9 year old I3 with this computer
The Staples tech service was great from selecting the new system to instructing me on how to set it up to educating me about how it works. I was amazed by how fast it is. Finally I had a live person at the Staples tech desk who answered all my questions.

Hp Laptop
The laptop comes in two boxes one tight in box (good) that box in larger box with minimum large bubble insulation not enough. The inner box sounded like a baseball bouncing around inside. I consider that very unacceptable I paid over $500.00 To have bounced around!
