AFFORDABLE AND FAST
Affordable and fast. This is customizable by HP and I upgraded the RAM to 16GB and the video screen to 300 nits. The PCMover program was simple and moved everything pretty fast. The only thing I had to do extra was install a Windows 11 printer driver. I am happy, just remember everything can be customized and I didnt upgrade to a back-lit keyboard. No big deal but this ...

Serious Wifi Connection Issues
After many attempts reboots uninstalling and reinstalling adapters and drivers...it was useless and the labtop would not connect to Wifi despite all of our other devices being able to connect without any problems.

Good computer
A lightweight, good, and fast computer - missing a lighted keyboard and an Ethernet connection. As for setup - as with most computers the ads, subscription offers, and preloaded junk make setup always annoying.

Help with new laptop
Like the size Very different than my old one. Our IT man suggested since my old one was HP.

Setting up very frustrating
New computers are exciting… except for setting it up! Have it now for a couple of weeks… updated the new Windows 11 and have spent many frustrating hours attempting to set it up… have not used it yet since I need guidance to get the simplest things like email set up. Cannot figure out how to get icons/applications on the screen.

Solid buy
Good laptop, solid performance, however the body is a bit too flexible, so if o stand it on one leg, the track pad doesn’t click, because the housing flexibility is too much, otherwise very satisfied. Easy setup, works well, holds battery for about 9 hours during normal use.

This laptop is faster than my last one. If it last as long as my other hp laptop. Then I would say it is a great buy. Only one thing that I was disappointed in was 24 hours after I bought it then it went on sale. I use this one every day for work and home.
