ENGINNEERING MISTAKE
HORRIBLE ENGINEERING MISTAKE. This lap top CANNOT be used as a lap top because the keyboard is so FLIMSY that it twists causing the left click to lock up and become useless. The lap top has to be on a solid flat surface or you cannot use the left and right click buttons when your hands are on or near the pad.

Setup went well
I like the laptop so far this is replacing a dell that lasted 7 years from staples. with only a hard Drive failure after 4 years of service. I had good luck with staples. This will mostly be home office pc use Microsoft office and doing internet-based searching.

Big Mistake
I cannot express the extent of my disappointment in HP and the Pavilion Notebook. Based on my experience with a brand new HP laptop, I would never recommend HP or their products. Would not buy again!
While I enjoy the touch screen as an option, the quality and technical support are poor. The Blue tooth has failed three times in the first month that I have had the unit. Customer Support shows that I have no warranty even though the unit is a month old. Hours on the phone to try to get warranty updated. No success yet! The HP Pavilion Laptop 16t-af000, 16", is a super laptop; small, but big enough to read; fast, great speed for downloading and uploading; Windows 11, great software pack to keep everything organized and quick search and retrieval; competitively priced. Everything I wanted in my new laptop to replace my old 17" laptop.

Great replacement for my outdated HP
This laptop was to replace an HP laptop that I have had for many years. It was outdated and was beginning to fail. This replacement is awesome. it is very fast and has so many features I never had with my previous laptop. I am quite pleased with my purchase and look forward to using this new laptop.
