High Quality laptop.
Very nice ,high quality easy to set up. Shipping was slow but it came from China, so not a big deal. Will buy HP again

ENGINNEERING MISTAKE
HORRIBLE ENGINEERING MISTAKE. This lap top CANNOT be used as a lap top because the keyboard is so FLIMSY that it twists causing the left click to lock up and become useless. The lap top has to be on a solid flat surface or you cannot use the left and right click buttons when your hands are on or near the pad.

This was my second Pavilion, I like the hand position and stuff. But this was a home computer so not a lot of processing going on. Overall, it's good.

Staying with what works
This is my second HP laptop. The first one lasted 15+ years and had no issues to speak of. So when I was ready for another I checked HP first then did some comparisons of other brands and each time came back to the HP.

Me and My Laptop
Loving my new HP laptop as expected. I've had it for approx 3 weeks now. Set up was quite easy, did not need to take to my computer "guys". Only thing is I am starting to have some issues with the touch pad, seems to have a mind of its own. Will pursue .

Great Laptop
Great computer, easy to set up and much faster than my previous HP Pavilion. I was unable to do a direct transfer of previous laptop programs and file, but was able to transfer most of what I wanted with external backup drive. Previous HP Pavilion was a 17.3” screen, non-touch. New HP Pavilion is 16” touch screen that is much lighter, easier to carry and easier to use. ...

I Love HP
I love the keyboard lighting up; helpful when the room lighting gets dim. And even without the upgraded touchscreen, the display is excellent. Very happy with my custom build!

Buggy Junk
HDMI port is glitchy. Blacks out screen over and over. Wireless mouse and keyboard won't work over 4 feet away, thus rendering it useless to use with my TV. Windows won't expand on selection. It's just buggy junk. 14 day return window IS RIDICULOUS!

Excellent communication and teamwork which helped solve the customer issue at hand.
After an "issue" developed with the carrier for the shipping of the HP equipment unit; the HP customer service resolution team was able to take care of a problem that arose which was beyond their hands with the outside vendor.
