Buggy Junk
HDMI port is glitchy. Blacks out screen over and over. Wireless mouse and keyboard won't work over 4 feet away thus rendering it useless to use with my TV. Windows won't expand on selection. It's just buggy junk. 14 day return window IS RIDICULOUS!

Very Pleased
So far I have been pleased with this laptop. Had been concerned because I was coming from a 17" to this 16" but have not found an issue. A lot lighter than my previous laptopn.

Good so far
Great service from Staples as I've come to appreciate. As to the computer it's faster than the Lenovo I purchased 1 yr 2 mos ago that gave me the blue-screen of death. Sign in required (MS). Quick set-up no fingerprint demands and of course specifications are high.

New Laptop
Laptop is performing as expected. Calvin did a great job transferring data from my old laptop. Only hiccup so far was the address book did not transfer. With some effort I managed to import it manually.

I needed help
Staples computer techs are my favorites! I went in one day with a big problem and by the time I was done I knew what to do. I purchased a new computer and my problem disappeared. No pressure but a lot of technical help. Thanks Staples!

HP Pavilion Laptop
Have not had it for long only 3 days. Love the backlighted keyboard and the larger print on keys on the keyboard. Does not seem as heavy as previous laptop. Look forward to the longer battery life and hopefully is as advertised. I am satisfied with the purchase thus far. I had a good experience at Staples and will return to shop there in the future.
