Purely Consumer Product
The laptop performs wonderfully. The snapdragon processor is powerful. For an individual this is probably a great choice. For any kind of commercial use I would recommend stay far away. It has a bios that does not allow booting from a USB drive that can be used for imaging in multiples. I'm sure they'll get past this or have success as a purely a consumer product.

Good: Fast Intel 9 processor with 1TB SSD thin adjustable HD screen brightness / keypad backlight and light weight fast 90w charging. Negative: Soldered RAM no Ethernet port need to tip on side to use correct USB-C port number pad 0 . and on/off key locations. Function keys repurposed for key pad backlight & screen brightness control.

Specs on Staples page were not correct
Staples page Specs were not correct. They had this computer having backlit keyboard. I had to pick between two computers one being at the store and one being at another. Unfortunately I chose this one - so now this is a huge inconvenience. I have to return this and wait for my money back to shop for another one.

I'm Impressed...
This laptop's OLED screen is amazing. It's so much brighter and clearer than my previous HP FHD laptop. First laptop I have owned that has a well-made metal case. Now, plastic laptops seem cheap and flimsy.

Never really worked well
This was a present for my daughter for high school...never really worked properly. The mouse pad didn't work correctly all the time. The pages froze when I searched on Google and now the laptop won't turn on anymore. It is not charging and has suddenly died and I have never had so many problems with any other brand. No backlit keyboard
As many others have said it does not have a backlit keyboard which would have been nice as still advertised for months after many complaints in the reviews. Also no fingerprint reader in touchpad as advertised either. Other than the false advertising the computer works great so far for the price

Love the Vivobook
I'm impressed so far (only used for 2 weeks) with the speed and quality of this unit. Being in IT it has met my expectations. The only issue I had with with the scheduled delivery date which was delayed a day or two because of a system issue. It's early to say but so far so good and I would definitely purchase again.
