Very helpful young man in your Print & Copy Dept

I purchased the tape (great value btw) after I needed to download and print off a document from my phone. The young man who waited on me for this was extremely patient and helpful and gave me clear directions on how to do this. Great customer service. He was serving at the counter next to the Print Dept.
