Total mistake
This was a total mistake on my part. This printer right out of the box was a piece of junk. The document feeder torn up the paper goibg through the feeder. What made is worse was HP customer support would not work with me to correct the situation. Their answer was for me to purchase a new print we and i was to send the old one back and I would get a credit a week or mor...

never again with HP
As my last one, scan to email stopped working but that one I was able to use for a few year, this one a few months. I will NEVER BUY another HP again. I want a refund Staples!

Received with no ink or power cord
The printer itself is working great and was easy to setup. However, immediately after printing just a couple of pages after having the printer for 2 days, the printer was already showing a message that it was almost out of ink. How is that possible? This HP laser jet printer is fantastic!
The value for money for an HP laser printer that prints 35ppm is unheard of. If you have up to 10 people using this printer you will have no issues. Also, you do not have to have the stupid ink subscription to use or purchase this printer. HP hit a home run with this one. HP get back to the basics.

Wrong info in descriptons
This does not do automatic duplex copies, printing or scanning even though it says it does. I returned this printer and got the HP 3301fdw, since that one will do duplex actions.
