I have still not received these yet, so can't rate them....don't know why it is taking so long to get these, think the last e-mail I received said Oct. 13th.

Not what we expected
These folders took a considerable amount of time to be shipped to us. Not sure why since most of the time our Quill orders are received in just a few days. Also the quality of these particular folders are not in alignment with other similar 4 and 6 part folders. The cardboard and the metal fasteners are a lot less sturdy than the normal folders we purchase. I would NOT...
