Worst warranty
I owned this computer for 8 months. The screen went dark. The warranty wouldn’t cover it because they said it was an accident. Worst warranty ever. They want to charge me 700 to replace it which is more than the computer it’s self. Save the trouble.

Great laptop for my needs
The laptop is durable and just what I needed and the price was excellent. The warranty is only for 6 months, though so I was a little disappointed in HP for that. I think that the last laptop I bought had a 1 year warranty.

So far so good
The setup was easier than expected. It boots up quickly and painlessly. I'm not sure the battery life is quite as good as advertised, otherwise it would get five stars. All in all I'm quite happy.

Discrepancies in product description and pictures
I bought this laptop specifically because is still made with a two button trackpad. I still like having distinct left vs right buttons.
However, the pictures are of a bright silver laptop, but it is, in fact, black. No big deal but it's kind of careless too.

Excellent Performer Great Value
I am a "heavy user" for 10 to 12 hours daily and I like a lightweight Laptop for my backpack mobility and this is a great machine! I have had (3) Intel Core i5 Laptops but never 16 GB RAM, this is Fast! Boots-Up Quickly, quick response, AntiVirus Full System Scan in 20 minutes, great battery life - I am a happy camper!

Value for the money
Good value for the money, Fast start up, plenty of storage. Would have given a 5 star but case and keys feel cheap, if store would have had one on display to see I would have picked a different model.

Nice Budget Laptop
Great laptop and love the large screen and the SSD storage. The keyboard feels nice and the system has a solid over all feel with a sense of high quality at a really low price point.
