Very disappointed.
I have used Scotch-brite pads for decades, they are now useless. I may as well use terry cloth. Very disappointed in what has happened to this product. Why wasn't a new product added that didn't scratch instead of eliminating a product that worked well. I am having to take old pads out of retirement in other cleaning areas to clean my dishes. Please bring back the pads ...

Horrible odor
I have been using Scotch brite for years . The past couple of times , however , the sponges acquire a nasty smell just after a couple of uses of a new sponge . Idk if they’ve changed their “recycled” material that they use but it’s a horrid odor. Won’t be buying their product here onward .

Degrading almost after first use
We always buy scotch brakes sponges. This time when we bought it we started using one of them and the things started degrading and falling apart after the first and second use. Basically almost after it got wet. Maybe we got a bad batch. But right now I would not recommend these to anyone.

Not my first pick
I really enjoyed the look and feel of this particular product but it didn't really stand up the way some of the other Scotch-Brite sponges do. I don't know if I really noticed whether or not it was Zero scratch but I think that's probably what contributed to it not getting some of the harder or more caked on pieces of food off dishes.

To thin and fall apart!
These used to be great and now they made them thinner and they fall apart very quickly. All companies seem to think consumers will be okay with smaller sizes for all products as a way of making you feel like you are not paying more. I would rather pay more for the thicker ones.

Scotch Brite is no longer synonymous with quality!
No longer a good quality product. Less than 2 weeks of light use and they are falling apart. Longtime customer and I'm very disappointed with the poor performance of this sponge. What happened?

Not as good as they used to be!
We have purchased these for years and generally really like them. The last few times we have purchased them, it seems like they have changed how they are making the sponge part. This is our third one where the holes in the sponge are very large; so much so that they interfere with how long it lasts and general usage.

Find a Different Sponge
These sponges used to be bigger and more durable. Now they are half the size and fall apart in less than a week. The scrubber becomes separated from the sponge with the cheap glue they use. I’m not buying these sponges anymore.

Scrub Layer Falls Off
3M has drastically changed the quality of their non-scratch sponges. The scrubber layer separates from the sponge almost immediately. Customer service complaint did not result in a remediation. I agree with a recent post . I used to love these sponges ! But now chunks fall off in the first week of normal use . The last straw for me was when the whole scrub pad separated from the sponge on the second day . Too many rich companies cutting corners to make even more money . Disappointing product
Very disappointed with this product. I have used these before and I don’t know if they have redesigned their product but these sponges separate from the scrubbing pad ever time I use them. I don’t know if I have a bad package but it’s happened with every sponge. If this is their new design I will have to find another product different product.

Disappointed, but not surprised
Hey 3M. Start reading your reviews. Your sponges USED to provide value. If you squeeze out the water after each use you could get months of use BECAUSE THEY WOULD REMAIN INTACT. Complete Trash
These sponges are terrible. They fall apart after one or two uses. Three times stronger? Laughable. So frustrating. Your product is garbage.

Something has changed, blue sponge is now weaker
For decades this sponge has been excellent. Most recent purchase, the sponge is falling apart - tearing - missing chunks and such just washing regular dishes. We have a collection of used blue sponges that are retired from dishes but good for dirtier cleaning. Total disappointment
I bought a six pack of these spounges and I could not be more disappointed. I only got one maybe two uses before the spounge started falling off the pad. I have use scotch bright brand spounges for years and never had such poor quality.

They've changed
Ive been buying these for many many years and this last pack was awful !! The sponge is falling apart and Im constantly picking up little pieces... These use to last for Several weeks and would show no signs of falling apart. If the quality doesnt change for the better I will no longer buy these. I tried to add pictures but it wouldnt let me.
