I bought Lenovo ThinkPad laptop onsite twice and both orders are cancelled on me without any notification or reasons. I went to the store to find out what happened, Adrian handled the situation gracefully and calm my soul. He corrected the situation, ordered the laptop and I received it in a short time. The customer service is a top priority. I will definitely go back.

My high expectations were met
I can run my laptop and a small secondary screen for 5-6 hours on a charge. I find myself using all the ports occasionally but not feeling significantly held back usually.

Great computer for traveling off

ThinkPad T16 Gen 2 Intel
So far so good. I use it mainly for a lot of browsing and word/excel docs editing. Screen size is big enough to use it without an external monitor. Good solid performance laptop.
