Steel Gray Scalloped Boarder
This bulletin board border is great quality. It is very thick, sturdy and easy to assemble. The steel grey color compliments nicely. The scalloped feature adds a special accent to whatever you are decorating . It added a nice touch to my classroom Spring bulletin board.

Steel Gray Scalloped Boarder
