Always buy HP
Set up instructions insisted on using smaller ones as with order. However these would not work and I spent many days trying to get it to work. By day 8 I was ready to give up but decided to put in new ink cartridges ordered at the same time as the printer and guess what it worked. I have not tried scanning yet.

NOT EASY TO SET UP
Impossible to set up and the help line with HP is disastrous. No one knows what they are doing. Four hours of trying to set up the printer and I gave up. Terrible product.

Great printer!
First, I am a fan of HP printers. My old one "died" and I was forced to replace it. I always dread doing that as they can be hard to set up, etc. This one was a dream. I had it up and running in no time. I liked it so much that I bought a second one as a backup! ( Perhaps I should mention that I am 83 years old, not a spring chick!)

HP Envy 6555e- The best all in one printer
This printer has exceeded my expectations. Set up was easy. I encountered no problems whatsoever. The only thing I can say is easy peasy. I also love the ink program. I don’t have to run to the store to look for ink. This is a great printer. The color is beautiful and printing fast.
