Bought in Nov. Quit printing early March. Not connectivity. Total of my time & HP tech time over 5 hrs to diagnose. Still doesn't print. Still waiting on HP to send promised label to send back with replacement. Friend is having same problem.

Good printer but drains the ink/ toner
It's a good printer…just not happy with the way it sucks up all the ink /toner so quickly. I just replaced it 3 days ago. Printed some b/w stuff but no photos and nothing that would use up so much of the ink /toner. I replaced again today. We will see… If the ink/toner were cheaper it wouldn't be a huge problem.

A good printer
I was very happy with the performance of the printer when I would print from the computer. However when printing from my iPhone it would print a page and a half and error out. Everytime! I haven't had time to call HP on this issue but intend to do that soon. I'm sure it's something I am doing wrong.

HP's installation instructions failed online. I had to spend more on a printer expert than the computer cost to get it working.

Never a dull moment for a setup
The setup instructions appeared straight forward. The problem was none of it worked. I could get it to connect to the router but it wouldn't complete the HP-host setup. It kept posting 'an unknown error'. A deep-dive into the HP web-site suggested using the printer's web-server to initialize its interface. Unable to get full use of the All-in-One Printer
Several problems have existed since purchase. Asks for Serial # every new use. Still only prints intermittently, cannot determine why. Special troubles printing anything related to PDF/ACROBAT.

I would choose negative stars if I could….printer now has a critical error and I cannot no,longer print. Got to print only one page before it broke down. Also the power cord does not stay plugged in.
