A little hard to set up. Did not want to work on my computer. Asurian made it happen. Now it is working.

TERRIBLE- RETURNING!
this printer is terrible. Could not connect to any computer. Opened and set it up 1 day, and within 2 days said it was low on ink even though just test pages printed. i will be returning

Love this printer!
It is sleek and fits easily on my shelf. It copies, scans and prints. Set up was a dream (usually the most challenging part for me. It’s perfect.

Pass on Instant Ink
Love the printer. Just stay away from HP instant ink. Do not accept instant ink when you set up the printer or you will be automatically enrolled in their subscription plan which limits how much you can print. Buy your own ink. Highly recommend the printer but not Instant Ink program

Slow to print
I have a fairly new Windows 10 desktop computer. I am unable to upgrade to Win 11, even though my unit is fairly new they only want to sell me a new computer. I am using a cable and not wifi. Not worth much!
Installed printer, couldn’t get it to work. Called HP support, got it working. Went to print the next day, wouldn’t print. Had a knowledgeable friend take a look, reinstalled drivers, worked fine. Next day, wouldn’t print. Returned it and bought a Canon. Printer was easy to install and is printing on consecutive days.

My opinion
works ok when I figure out how to use it. The ink cartridges are really hard to replace. I messed up one ink cartridge trying to figure out how to install. Basically, I do not like it. my old HP printer was easy to work with. I miss it.

New HP Envy 6155e
This is a nice enough printer for my needs. I use it as a secondary printer on the second floor of my house. Saves me foot steps. If I needed if for a primary printer it would be much too slow.
