A little hard to set up. Did not want to work on my computer. Asurian made it happen. Now it is working.

TERRIBLE- RETURNING!
this printer is terrible. Could not connect to any computer. Opened and set it up 1 day, and within 2 days said it was low on ink even though just test pages printed. i will be returning

Defective Model
Document feeder was unusually slow, indicator of low ink after only two days, pages would scan crooked (even with alignment). I believe this may have been a one-off defective model.

This is a good printer, however after getting it set up, I was testing it and realized I could not create or print legal size. I never thought to question that as every printer I have owned printed both letter and legal. This did not make me happy.

Printer came w 2 papers jammed already
Not sure what happened but when I got the printer from staples, there were two different pieces of paper jammed in two different locations of the printer that took me way too long to figure out what was wrong with the device while setting itup. Clearly the new printer I bought from them wasn’t actually new.

Good results but terrible HP software and support
Beginning with printer setup I have had a host of problems with the printer and HP's software for macOS and iOS. When it works, the print and scan results are excellent. When it does not work, I can loose days to fixing it.

Worth the wait --
Without store stock, I needed to wait several days for delivery. The printer was as pictured in store and on-line. Only set-up difficulty was snapping in the 2 ink cartridges; however, there were good videos for this on-line. Printing is crisp.

Easy to use & quality prints every time
I am so happy to have a printer that prints 2-sided again! My cat, Tippy, loves when the paper goes back into the printer and tries to catch it! Such fun for me.
