Cartridge will not go in.
I would not recommend this printer.The cartridges are hard to replace. We tried 3 black cartridges and could not get it in. We have had it since January 2026 and it is not returnable. I will not be purchasing another HP or from Staples.

So far so good
So far so good. The printer was easy to set up (even for me who is not very tech savvy) and connects to my phone and my older Dell computer and prints well and quickly. My only complaint is that I can not seem to get it to print on both sides of the paper. Good printer but slow
Good printer. Has some issues getting it set up but now it’s working fine and meets my needs. It is slow however. Can’t be in a rush with this printer.

Suits my needs well
About the only significant annoyance is that the unit is electrically noisy -- a radio-controlled clock in the office won't pick up the time from Ft Collins if the unit is turned on.

Great for WFH
Ink jets are wonky to insert...engineered to be small - it takes some force to get therm in so you think it could break....watch the HP video 3 or 4 times.

Does not perform as well as my previous Envy.
It does not perform as well as my previous Envy printer. Does not do envelopes well. Prints in black and white. NO instruction manual. Difficult to use in all respects. Envelope size for quarter fold cards not offered/ Will stay away for hp next time.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago, it keeps telling

Nice color printer
Was really easy to set up and put into service. Prints some beitiful color images and with the HP Premium plus photo paper I've also acquired spectacular stand out photographs. First class home printer!
