Defective Model
Document feeder was unusually slow indicator of low ink after only two days pages would scan crooked (even with alignment). I believe this may have been a one-off defective model.

Well it’s a nice printer prints well I haven’t had it long enough to really give it a review. I would have liked to had a book to show more about it though.

Difficulties
We had a difficult time getting it to communicate with the laptop and print. Since we were able to complete the process it works well

Good Printer
The HP Envy is a good printer but a bit slow for our taste. However we got a good deal on it from Staples.

This is a good printer however after getting it set up I was testing it and realized I could not create or print legal size. I never thought to question that as every printer I have owned printed both letter and legal. This did not make me happy.

Not worth much!
Installed printer couldn’t get it to work. Called HP support got it working. Went to print the next day wouldn’t print. Had a knowledgeable friend take a look reinstalled drivers worked fine. Next day wouldn’t print. Returned it and bought a Canon. Printer was easy to install and is printing on consecutive days.

Printer came w 2 papers jammed already
Not sure what happened but when I got the printer from staples there were two different pieces of paper jammed in two different locations of the printer that took me way too long to figure out what was wrong with the device while setting itup. Clearly the new printer I bought from them wasn’t actually new.
