Upgraded to newer Envy 6155e -- very satisfied with results to date
Upgraded to Envy 6155e because older model envy was not able to connect with Mac OS Ventura 15.02. Ease of use is simpler, print quality is similar, ink consumption seems thirstier. Worst HP Printer I have had
I have always had a home HP printer - probably over 25 years. This printer is too smart for its own good. Setup etc. is through HP Smart (!) which is not intuitive. Prints fine for a while and then loses connectivity. Loves to ask me to update the driver, even when I have just done that. Tiny display and "keyboard". Good results but terrible HP software and support
Beginning with printer setup I have had a host of problems with the printer and HP's software for macOS and iOS. When it works, the print and scan results are excellent. When it does not work, I can loose days to fixing it.

Worth the wait --
Without store stock, I needed to wait several days for delivery. The printer was as pictured in store and on-line. Only set-up difficulty was snapping in the 2 ink cartridges; however, there were good videos for this on-line. Printing is crisp.

Easy to use & quality prints every time
I am so happy to have a printer that prints 2-sided again! My cat, Tippy, loves when the paper goes back into the printer and tries to catch it! Such fun for me.

Great replacement from my previous printer
This was a great replacement from my previous printer. I had a Brother printer that pooped out after a few years use. It printed great B/W pages from the get go, It did have a hiccup printing a color page with a lot of anime pics but otherwise okay.

The installation process was very straightforward. If I did it in about 20 mins, anybody can. I had an issue during the alignment process, but I referred to the help section on the website, and the issue was resolved in no time. Good for a low end printer - price was good!
Good for when you're not printing large quantities. I DO NOT like the fact that it constantly wants you to connect to HP for HP ink!! I purposely do not have my printer connected to wifi, but I still get contact information. It is no business of HP how much I'm printing. Don’t believe store salesperson.
I was told no waiting, tech people knew what they were doing ,polite,and they spoke well. That’s a NO to all of the above. This is an update to an HP similar model I got about 15 years ago. I really only need it once in a while, But at tax time it does the big jobs well too.
