Great printer
We are very happy with the Xerox C325 printer. It is fast, reliable and very easy to use. The print quality is excellent, both for documents and colour prints. It connects quickly to our devices and works without any problems.

Never worked
First printer only printed yellow. Sent back and the replacement printer quality was really bad. I messaged the sales rep for the second printer to return the printer and never heard back. Not sure I would try a third printer. I definitely lost money with this printer and faith in Xerox products.

Quality Printer
The quality of printed pages are excellent. We don't care for the exit tray-area printer outputs pages printed. The scanner above gets in the way of grabbing printed pages. It is cumbersome to grab the printed pages.

Think twice toner is very expensive.
I use alot so it's not good due to the high price of toner, it may be cheaper to throw it out and buy a new one. It's a huge waste to toss a perfectly working machine because they want to over charge for toner.

Awesome printer.

once setup its awesome!
I bought this as few months ago. After one office visit (that didn't set it up at all) oand over a dozen phone calls to xerox help - we finally got the printer to work. Took over two weeks. Love the printer - not so much the first 11+ people I spoke with.

poor selection!!!
I had a 6516 that was getting too expensive to keep so I invested in a c325 "at a good price". Well the price wasn't so good. It was delivered with a yellow toner that was leaking. It does not make contact with my phone too often. It is quite noisy. I cannot get it to scan to email as it doens' recognize a valid email address. but the deal breaker is that I cannot print...

piece of crap
useless it is hit or miss scans fine but more often then not it will not print; downloaded the app it worked for a week then stopped again it's useless

Good printer
It's a good quality printer, but there are certain features I didn't like, such as loading paper into the manual tray. It takes a long time for the first print, and the tray for removing prints is in an awkward position. The toner is expensive.

Terrible printers
I have a business with 6 locations. We used Xerox at all locations. The older workcenter printers such as the 6515 were very good and dependable. The new "C" models are complete junk. I have several broken right now. I just purchased this last one 3 months ago. It came in with a broken glass scanner on top. After a month, Xerox finally fixed it. Now it says that it cann...

Good Printer
This a good printer, good quality, but take to much time to print the first page, and the position of the out tray is not friendly, the manul tray is no very useful.

Great Printer, but...
The C325 printer we purchased is great. Installation and startup was easy peasy. However, the black ink cartridge drained the first week we had, we printed less than 500 pages. Super annoying to say the least.

I purchased the printer about a few weeks ago and it is working great. I did have a few problems setting up the extra try since it had very few directions with it and had to contact our rep. Installed now and works great!

Speedy, but difficult.
The scanner is quick, but first and foremost this is a printer right? I cannot fathom why it was designed to make getting the printed papers out of the printer? Literally reaching inside the printer to twist and pull pages out without them getting stuck on various lips and edges to get them out. Perfect copies features could be better for person

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 3-18-2025
THE PRINTER DOES NOT PRINT A FULL PAGE. I HAVE HAD IT FOR A WEEK ITS GARABAGE. Now I have to waste my time to repack in box and send back.
