Not a good experience
This is my third brother’s printer. Loved 1 and 2. This one is AWFUL. Not intuitive. Can only print by phone. My tech savvy friends can’t fix it either. No error message when refusing to print despite scan and copies work. Hold time was over 3 hours to get a live human to help. Don’t have that kind of time. Tried chat with robot and they simply sent the directions I alr...

Brother MFC-L2900DW
Great printer - scanner for light office use. Scanner is very slow so not great when scanning larger files. Not as fast to print and scan as other Brother MFC printers, but great for personal or light office use.

It's fine
As a printer it is fine but I find the absence of a USB port problematic. It means every time I need to scan something I have to turn on my computer to store the file. Also I changed the password for the printer but it is not recognized and all attempts to return to the default password have failed.

Monochrome rules
Has more features than my last brother printer. Quick, reliable, periodic software updates. The only weakness of brothers software is the fact that it cannot sort multiple pages on a scan without rescanning the multiple pages in the event that the page order was off the first time. Brother Support Is Horrible
I get an error from Windows ONLY when installing Brother software for the printer. Their support won't even consider helping instead telling me to get support from Microsoft which also has terrible support. Don't buy Brother printers they are full of bugs.

The little copier/scanner/fax mamchine that could!
This copier/scanner/fax machine replaced a much larger HP unit. I'm happy to have a smaller footprint on my desk, and it does everything I could want. Better price on toner, too. Easy to set up, few paper jams, etc. I'd buy it again!

Maybe avoid this printer
Very difficult printer to set up. Had to spend extra money with Brothers technician to help. Took 3 hours. Ridiculous. Shoukd have gone with HP which we had in past.

Prints well
Prints well but poor internet conductivity. Inspire if setting internet connection twice, I had to rely on the usb cable.

Prints Great; Be ready to recycle power often...
My Brother prints great and I like it very much. The paper tray is easy to convert over from letter to legal and vice versa. The only thing I do not like is that the printer goes off-line often, requiring me to power it off and back on again to reacquire my wi-fi signal.

Brother MFC-L2900DW Wireless
This Printer replaced a15 yea old Brother Printer that was no longer functioning properly. It can print and scan in duplex and you have a choice of 300, 600 or 1200 dpi., which is what I wanted. New Laser Printer
My Epson printer had a leak in the black reservoir and ink went everywhere when I tried to refill it. Consequently I decided on a Brothers laser printer to avoid handling bottles of ink.
