I have to admit that this time "change" wasn't so bad!!
When my big Image Class Canon printer finally gave out, I hated the thought of changing to something I didn't know very well. The staff at Canon Support not only helped me decide that I didn't need that big Image Class, again, but they walked me through ordering what I needed, and the complete set up. TRASH Printer G3270
Worst piece of junk the Canon G3270. Frequently drops connection, smudged color prints, unstable, etc. etc. After 3 months of use it is unable to connect to any device. STAY AWAY from Canon!

Super impressed with printer. Wifi-Grrr
Print quality is phenomenal. Have been using Canon photo paper and 100% satisfied. Don't know why we can't keep a wifi connection.

So far it’s working well
So far the printer has performed well. I do miss some of the features that my older printer has. I may be old fashioned but I would like to have Ethernet. Also I liked the card reader that my old one had. Perhaps Canon will bring back some of the colors that the used to have instead of just black or white.

Borderless printing
I love the borderless printing feature. I can't really tell if or when the ink is low, the window for the color ink levels is dark. It doesn't distinguish which color is which or whether it is low, which is important because of the dire warning in the manual to never print when the ink is below a certain level.

Very reliable and works effortlessly on WiFi
We’ve used this printer for almost one year and it’s been the most reliable printer we’ve ever owned. It’s been perfectly reliable connecting to WiFi each time we turn it on. We can print from our Apple devices and my Laptop, wirelessly.

Easy to set up

Ink problems
It worked at first. Now every time I try to print the ink colors aren't printing and the tank won't accept any more ink. I fix once problem only for another to occur.

Finicky
I bought a GX 4020 based on Canon's reputation. I is finicky as a housecat. It goes off line randomly and now hasn't printed in two days no matter if I try all manner of reboots. I would not recommend this machine even to the engineers who designed it.

It’s OK…yes, just OK
It’s ok. When it works, it works. Nothing to brag about. But when it doesn’t work, man do I want to throw it out the window! Once you’ve completed your set up, may the printer gods help you if a print job should fail. OMG it’s a PITA to get it back.

I received a free sample of the Canon Mega TankPIXMA G3290 printer and am obsessed with it!!! It was so easy to set up. All I had to do was plug it in and the screen took me through each step until completed. It prints easily and has been so helpful in my daily life!! Great printer - quality and speed are wonderful
I received a free sample of this printer to review and I was very impressed with the quality and speed. The large ink tanks hold a ton of ink and the built in duplexing saves on paper. This printer does not have automatic feed for scanning/faxing but I do very little of that anymore so it didn't take away from the experience.
