Stopped working after a month

Pretty Good, but not the price
The computer is pretty good. I do not care for the keyboard of the mousepad as much as my last Lenovo. But overall it is good. The price however was not great. I found the same model. Everything identical except the other had double the memory and was $50 cheaper. But I couldn't return this one because Staples only offers 14 days for returns.

This laptop is fast and loaded with features. With 1 TB of SSD, I will never have to worry about running out of storage space. I LOVE the backbiting keys!

Loved but....
I researched this as a wishlist business laptop for months and when laid off, it was time. I loved everything except 16GB SSD.

Solid piece of equipment. Very heavy to carry
This laptop is very heavy. I guess that is a negative about ordering online. Also tried to work with an agent which wasn’t the easiest unfortunately.

Amazing Laptop
After months of research this laptop checked all the boxes with a backlit screen, touchscreen, and up-gradable components. I've had it for a few weeks and couldn't be happier. It's so much faster than my other laptop even when using with a public wifi. I'm finally able to go to a coffee shop and be able to do my work. And it's the perfect size to take on the go.

Appreciate the two USB-A ports
Pickup from the store was easy, showed a printout of the email with barcode. Probably could of showed my phone screen instead. Lenovo is the leader for a laptop with two USB-A ports and my purchasing decision depended on that feature. I'm glad the lid hinges were made stronger.
