Won't connnect
Ought this twice and neither pair connect to phone and didn't come with charging cable

JLab flex
Love them! They are comfortable and have good sound quality. I switched to these because the earbuds that go in my ear was making my ears sore. These fixed that issue

Missing charger cable.
All is well with the earbuds except there was no charging cable in the box.

Great comfort but right ear buds never exceeds 79% battery life
Wanted a new style ear bud that would be more comfortable. All good except my right ear bud won't fully charge. Should have better quality control.

Too tight.
I haven't used them yet but just trying them on for 10 minutes the clip in is very tight on one ear and it hurts.
Paper instructions on how to use them is not worth having. The symbols on the buds are not visible to see which is right or left ear or how to adjust volume. So far not very happy with them.

Nice headphones
They are beautiful and the sound is amazing. Easy connect. Love the app. Wanted to try the open ear concept for some time now. Most were out of my price range. But these were a steal.
