great product help
Ashe 03 was very patient and helped me with restoring audio in the Pandora app. she helped me uninstall and restart the app which did not work and then we went into system settings and restarted the TV and that worked. I know have Pandora sound, Ashe 03 was very helpful.

Good image, solid construction but cheap sound.
Image looks good and fluent. Construction is acceptable and noting to worry about considering normal care and use. Audio does sound cheap a no bass at all. Tried different sound profiles and options, but no good improvement was achieved.

Easy navigation and great video
Our Samsung tv died after less than only 18 months. Looked at alternative and chose the TCL TV as it has easy navigation. Needed some help in installing another app so called customer support. Nani was so very helpful to get all the setup complete, including connection to our LG soundbar.

Awesome
I ended up buying myself the 43" S Class 4K UHD HDR LED Smart TV with Google for my bedroom after my old TV bit the dust. The TV came very nicely packaged and there was no damage. The TV was easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. It has a really nice picture, the colors are nice and crisp.
