Nice label maker - Lousy instructions
The unit itself is very nice but the “instructions” are terrible. The only words are “Preparation” and “Creating and Printing”. The rest are pictures which don’t make sense. I had to go online to try to find information which actually explains how to use it. I realize the younger generations don’t like to read more than a few words but for those of us who are able ...

Great Little Label Maker
I like this little label maker. It works great. I didn't like that it didn't come with the manual which I downloaded from brother and some of the directions need patience. I do wish it had an AC adapter. Uses 6 AAA batteries.

The “instruction manual” is pointless
Great label maker overall but comes with no instructions manual is a 2 inch paper in lots of languages and shows u how to put batteries in basically that’s it.. so you do have to learn on your own how to change fonts type emojis etc. Also the ink in this label maker is bright blue not black. Which it doesn’t say that.

Prints great. Need a mini manual.
I am very pleased with the labels this little device makes. However I cannot download or print an 86 page manual and I cannot yet figure out how to use the symbols or delete them.

Good machine
It works well. The tape had a problem; the backing would not come off easily. All other functions were spot on.

No manual no 5-star rating
Where is the complete "how to manual" because I cannot figure out how to change the fonts, the size - there's no enter key. And until such information is provided you're lucky to even get two stars.

No instructions
The machine works well but there are no instructions on how to use it. Since it is new there aren't any videos so I had to watch videos of older versions and figure it out on my own.
