Wife loves it!
It came with the white tape with blue ink and most things in the house have labels now, works great! Haven't tried the app yet, but with its full sized keyboard you don't really need it.

I was hesitant to buy this label maker because the last Brother label maker I had was very frustrating to use and I too hated all the wasted (expensive) tape like a lot of people complain about. This Label Maker Does It All
The Brother P-touch PT-N25BT Personal Connected Label Maker literally does it all! It was super easy to set up and connect with the app or just use on its own. Even my young daughter can use it! I loved the pale blue and white color combo, the full keyboard and lightweight nature of it, too. Looks aren’t everything. but some label makers really leave a lot to be desired...
