No power!
This doesn't come with a power cord and Staples doesn't say this is the description OR sell them! I don't have six AAAs and don't want ti buy them that's why I chose this item that is described as having the plug in option. I am awaiting delivery of the cord I had to spend another $10 on then I can see how the label maker works.

Love it
This is a sturdy little device. I played with it at home to get the feel for it before taking it to the classroom. I’ll be able to use this for so many things. Super easy to use. Love that I don’t have to charge it or change batteries often.

Great upgrade
I have had the same label maker since high school (which was 20 years ago) so it was time to grab a new one. This one is great quality and has some really cool border options and new fonts. It is the same size label and about the same size as my last one. It does take more batteries than my previous one.

I love it. It is easy to use. Now the craft room is organized and each drawer is labeled with the contents. Ordering the Brother label maker was easy and it arrived sooner than I expected. I will be reordering the Brother cartridges through Staples real soon. Again thank you.

I loved my old Brother P Touch and when it finally took it's last breathe, I decided to buy another Brother Label Maker. Love that this one has a clean easy to see keyboard. This label maker is great for what I need it for. It is pretty simple but I don't need anything fancy for my office. The only thing is there were no instructions so I had to play with it for quite a while to figure out how to set the fonts and size.

need a little help !
I like the different fonts and size of the letters, would appreciate it if the directions were a bit clearer on how to get better labels using different fonts. I'm a old man(78) need to learn how to use label maker for different projects. Are there any better directions on how to setup and use different fonts and background?

As others have mentioned, it does not come with the power cord or 6x AAA batteries. I've used it only a handful of times so far and I already got the "Battery is low" warning. Also, for the unit being as large as it is, I wish it had more fonts! It gets the job done...but would I purchase again? Not likely.

I received the Brother P-touch Personal Desktop Label Maker as part of a Stellar Product Testing Panel and I couldn’t be happier with it. Cute labeler
You need six triple AAA batteries. It is small so you can take it on the go.. It comes with one label tape. It has a lot of functions. It prints out fast.

Great product overall but had technical issues
