I purchased one every year.

No staff in the store
I arrived at the store to pick up my online order and there wasn’t an employee in sight. I waited at the front register for over then minutes before an employee arrived. No apology…no explanation. Just strolled up as if everything was normal. I will be very hesitant to buy from this store again.
