For me, worst printer ever; never seems to compete a decent print, always need deep cleaning, software update almost every time I turn on the machine, seldom is online when needed, and on top of that INK refill nags even when full. This works!!
It always works! The main reason I bought it was because my last few printers didn’t always work. Plus once I got it, super simple set up. Now that I have it, color is great!, print speed is fast. East printing on different papers and transparencies. Print from back actually lines up better than most I’ve tried

Terrible printer
Had this for about 8 months. Worst printer I have ever had. In my business I have many WF Epson printers, and love them. But his one is a dud. Works with Ubuntu Linux With Zero Setup
This is a "I opened the box 30 minutes ago" review so I suppose take with a grain of salt, but the setup was amazing with Linux (Ubuntu 24.04). Excellent quality like how I can now connect directly with router had issues with internet provider switching between 2.4 and 5 gh. Spectrum not able to select default 2.4gh with that provider

Very glad i made this purchase
the epson ecotank 4850 is so awsome, this thing can do it all, i printed out 150 4x6 color photos and only used about 1/4 of the ink, just amazing, i am having no trouble with the ADF, and never get any paper jams.
