Best inkjet printers, bar none
I've had the Ecotank ET3850 for about a month. It was quite easy to set up, and the print quality is excellent. Perhaps best of all, the genuine Epson ink for it is ink sold at a remarkably low prices, without needing any ridiculous "subscription". That makes the cost per page less than 1/8 that of my old inkjet printer. I switched to Epson Ecotank from another major br...

advertizing
It was unclear that the unit was refurbished. This was definately false advertizing.

Refurbished is just like new.
There was no way to distinguish the printer I got from a bran new printer. The print quality has been excellent so far. It had a few cases of paper jams when it turned the paper for double sided printing but that may have been my fault or the paper was curled a bit. It seemed no different than buying a new printer. There is a newer model out now for a lot more money....

Great printer - Issues with opaque paper & Epson Storefront
I bought this printer for sticker making and DTF, and so far it has done the job. When it comes to DTF, it has issues seeing the paper and it will send it through the printer, then say no paper. The fix is that I need to tape each DTF to a white sheet of paper. After looking it up, some printers have an issue with its sensors to read opaque paper, whereas others it's no...

Epson as scanner.
Has a printer, the ETA 3850 is very good. As a scanner, I have yet to get back to work after a week. That is not very good at all.

The printer arrived in a very well protected box and was in very good condition. All the required inks and documentation was included. The printer setup was easy and the printer works well.

Never enough printers
A man can never have enough printers.
I’ve had nothing but Epson printers for the last 25 years and all of them have been from your clearance refurbished stock and I have not had any issues with any of them.

‘FRAGILE’” paper roller
I bought one less than one year ago. Paper roller broke for second time. My printer gets used maybe 2 times a month - and never many pages.

JUNK - DON'T BUY - WILL FAIL - SERVICE SUCKS
Bought this 3 weeks ago and it's given me headaches daily. Now it simply refuses to connect to WIFI, to print test sheets, and not even error messages. Printer screen says it's not connected to WiFi, but when I try reset from screen it says it's connected. And can't find Wi-Fi sitting about 5' from it. Support is virtually non-existent, with a required date of purchase ...

Epson ET 3850
Made the change to Epson because our previous printer had very expensive printer cartridges and this printer has refillable tanks which should translate into saving theoretically, time will tell. Set was easy through the Epson app and all seems to be working well. Since this was a refurbished product it seems to be a good value thus far.

Printer sucks
I have never liked it because it won’t print a bleed but recently it stopped printing blues so I looked up online and followed the directions to unclog the ink lines. After doing it a few times the blue started printing but the yellow stopped!!!

Loud noise
When the printer starts printing, it makes a very loud noise, but I need the printer. I keep turning it off and back on and printing, but it still continue to make the noise or grinding noise so I don’t know. Maybe that was my mistake of buying a a refurbish printer.

So far I like this printer
I still need to play with some settings to get the photos looking better. But it was very easy to set up and I love being able to see the ink status with just a glance.

So far so good....
I don't normally buy refurbished products, but went ahead with this due to the one-year manufacturer's warranty, and of course the sale price. Unit was shipped securely and appeared like new internally. One part of the case had been snapped back together incorrectly exposing a small plastic fastener, but is so minor I'll leave it. No installation CD is included so yo...

Inkless Printer 4 Me!
It doesn't always print. I am a teacher, so printer is definitely a work tool. This one does save on ink, but it is hit or miss when needing to print or scan. Connection may play a part. I often have to plug the Wi-Fi into the printer, then I can disconnect the plug, and it keeps the Wi-Fi. Prints could be brighter with more color accuracy.

Four Days!
After four days, the printer refused to connect to our laptops. Evidently, this is a well-known glitch with this model.
I don't know why this issue wouldn't be fixed when the printer was refurbished.
