Office Basics Done Well
Big fan of these pens. Attention to detail is obvious as soon as you take it out of the package with the tip covers to ensure it writes the first time it touches paper.
The ink itself is the same shade and tone as any other major brand, and the tip width is nice. The tail end of pen strokes is finer and avoids sloppy blotches at the end of words.

These pens are poor in ink quality
These pens are poor in ink quality, the feel of them are nice but the ink is very spotty and doesn't give a solid and constant line, the lines break with no ink.

Smooth Writing
I really like that these gel retractable pens give you a nice smooth stroke. I found that they don’t bleed through or smear like other gel pens. These give a nice blue color. Great Pens
My wife and I absolutely love these ProGel pens! They write incredibly smooth and have a very comfortable ergonomic grip. I write down a lot of notes for work, and have had issues with other pens smearing in the past. These ProGels dry very quickly and I’ve had no smearing issues at all! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality pen!

Solid Choice for an Everyday Pen
I’ve been enjoying these Staples gel pens so far. The ergonomic grip design makes writing effortless, greatly reducing hand strain during writing sessions. The bold ink point is perfectly balanced—not too thick, just enough for neat, legible penmanship.

Great pen
I’m very picky with my pens. I want them to feel a certain way when I write with them. This pen didn’t quite give me the feeling I wanted but it was close. I did enjoy the bold point, I love when a pen has a thick stroke. The ergonomic strip was nice, felt comfortable. Definitely a great pen!

Good Pen
I really liked the pen overall. It writes smoothly and felt comfortable in my hand. The blue ink is rich and moves evenly through the pen without any bare patches. It isn’t necessary to scribble first to get the ink going, you can just start writing.

Love these pens

Bold Pen for the win
These pens did not disappoint! As a person that's super picky about having favorite pens- I have to say these really performed well, even with daily frequent use. Great pens easy to use
These pens worked very well! They were smooth to write with and the bold print made them stand out from other pens on my desk. I thought that they were very comfortable to write with, whether it was a thank you note for my child’s teacher or a quick post-it note reminder for myself! Clickable pens are always my go-to, making these a favorite of mine.

Glides smoothly as you write
I love the Staples ProGel Retractable Gel Pen 1.0mm. It writes like a trusty ballpoint pen stable and secure, but the ink glides like a gel pen on vacation. It's super smooth, with crisp clean lines and the ink dries in about a second. No smudging, no weird ink smell, just pure writing joy. It's comfortable to hold and totally dependable.

Smooth glide
This is the pen that proves not all pens function the same. I generally believe that a pen is a pen, but I was surprised at how noticable the difference is between this and my go-to basic pen. Smooth writing, ergonomic, and consistent flow. I'm now convinced I need to upgrade all my pens!

Great gel pens with a fun bold point
These Staples ProGel pens are great for everyday use. They write smoothly, the ink is a rich blue color, and I like the bolder point. The pen felt comfortable in my hand, and the cushioned grip was a nice feature. And the best part—I did not notice any smudging or running ink at all! I’d definitely recommend these.

Smooth and Easy
These pens were easy to use with the ink flowing freely enough to make writing a breeze, but not too juicy to leave splotches on my paper. Nice feeling in the hand with the rubber grip, and pretty color.

Overall, I really like this pen. The bold point made my writing stand out on the page yet still left clean, consistent lines each and every time I use it. Smooth Ink Flow with Comfortable Grip
The pen had a smooth run of ink flowing as you write leaving all letters the same depth of ink and darkness. The grip made it comfortable in your hand and has a no slip aspect to the rubber. As with most gel pens they can smudge after writing, this was not the case. The ink seemed to dry quickly. I enjoyed using this pen and will happily continue to do so.
