Don't know what number of computer this is for us right off, but so far after about three weeks we have found it to be great for our needs. Most items transferred over the way they should although there was some help needed for a couple of them. Customer service was great on purchase and transfer of data.

HORRIBLE COMPUTER
i would give this laptop negative 5 stars if i could. the battery lasts 3 hours on STANDALONE,45 minutes when the screens on. not to mention the overheating

Buy online picked up in store super fast and easy
Great experience. Did a HP laptop buy online and pick up in store, Largo, Florida store. Placed on the Staples app super quickly, and got notification email it was ready to be picked up in 20 minutes. Went to the store that afternoon and picked it up in less than 2 minutes. Great customer experience!
