This laptop has exceeded my expectations!! Purchased it while it was on sale, so I feel like I got a steal of a deal. Very solid feel to the material and the keyboard feels smooth while typing. HORRIBLE COMPUTER
i would give this laptop negative 5 stars if i could. the battery lasts 3 hours on STANDALONE,45 minutes when the screens on. not to mention the overheating

Difficult to set up.
Setting up the computer took several steps and was not that easy. Once set up, I do not find it that easy to use, especially for working jigsaw puzzles. I have not used it a great deal. I hope that using word processing is easier.

Luckily HP packs their PCs in a good shipping box because Staples packers do not. Arrived 3 days after promised date in a box that appeared to be handmade and not closed tightly. It also had 2 copies of someone else's packing slip inside and it wasnt even for a laptop. Don't know who got my packing slip.

I like this laptop--it's lighter weight and easy to use. I especially love the fingerprint ID. I've had some difficulty setting up the printer, but I may need a new one. I found the installation instructions for it difficult to follow.
