This laptop has exceeded my expectations!! Purchased it while it was on sale, so I feel like I got a steal of a deal. Very solid feel to the material and the keyboard feels smooth while typing. Terrible not working at all
This computer is terrible I can’t even open my emails or print them. I had to pay for a driver $9.99 a month that isn’t even downloading right. If I can’t get help to make it work I’m returning it!

Good size for me. Not too expensive. Only problem so far is no warning about moving software and data to this new LT. I installed it with a different name and now I can't use the restore feature. I don't know what to do.
