Don't know what number of computer this is for us right off, but so far after about three weeks we have found it to be great for our needs. Most items transferred over the way they should although there was some help needed for a couple of them. Customer service was great on purchase and transfer of data.

HORRIBLE COMPUTER
i would give this laptop negative 5 stars if i could. the battery lasts 3 hours on STANDALONE,45 minutes when the screens on. not to mention the overheating

I like this HP laptop. My previous laptop was also an HP so I was familiar with how it works. Nice, light laptop. Great value.
Replaces my 14" laptop. Seems to work fine. Getting used to wider keyboard with more keys. Microsoft seems a bit more pushy than it used to be.

Great laptop
This is an excellent Windows 11 HP laptop. Windows 11 itself is a little annoying, but the laptop positively smokes. It's fast. It has a nice basic HD screen and comes with a finger print sensor to login which is very convenient and quick.
