Had mine since 1990-Still griding my beans in 2025!
Type 203- Is a workhorse. I'm tempted to buy another just in case this stops working one day & if KRUPs ever goes away or sells. Hopefully they are still keeping the same quality in construction because this is amazing! I have wiped mine down so many times-The word KRUP is no longer on the front of it and the inside of the lid has had pieces chipped off it by the swirli...

Stopped after two months
My husband and son gave this to me for Christmas. It's stopped working last week. It makes noise like it's working but then does nothing and overheats.

Not as durable as they used to be. Cannot repair
I've had this style of grinder for decades. All of them have failed in the same exact way, one side of the a/c cord breaks after years of flexing where it comes out of the grinder. A simple repair for most people but the clips that hold the bottom of the grinder on are designed to break if you try to release them. Why? This is infuriating. Unlikely I'll purchase another...

Bought mine in Feb 1997, still working well into July 2024
I bought my KRUPS coffee maker and KRUPS coffee grinder new at a local store (back in those days) in February 1997. My KRUPS grinder appears identical to this F2034251, but mine is "Model 203B" made in Mexico (at first glance I was a bit concerned as I'd hoped it had been made in Germany). 50 yr old Krups 203 Coffee Grinder finally shuts down!
We inherited this Krups 203 grinder from my wife's father and have used it occasionally over the years and today it finally stopped working! This could be 40-50 yrs old? Hope you still make products this simple, great and lasting, unlike almost every other home appliance today built with planned obsolence!

Nearly 20 Years of Perfect Grinding
I almost never write product reviews. This however has to be an exception. In part because I am a bit heartbroken at having to say farewell to my KRUPS Type F203 grinder. What a mess!!!
While the grinding function works well it is impossible to remove or replace the top without getting coffee grounds everywhere leading to a huge mess to clean up with every use and a waste of a lot of coffee!!!! Don’t buy this. Many better products available

Not fixable, Blades made of plastic
There are no replacement parts for this model and the blade parts are made of plastic so they strip out and cannot be replaced or repaired. This is a joke on the buyer. DO NOT BUY!

Coffee and Spice Grinder F2034251
I bought this item using it mainly for making my own spices. Used it 3 times. I can hear the motor, but the blade no longer spins. Waste of money!

Terrible grinder!
I bought this about 6 months ago. It's one of the worst designed products I've seen in my 60yrs of life! Whoever designed it should be fired for incompetence! The blade CANNOT be removed to facilitate easy cleaning! A simple metal butterfly nut would let us remove the blade! How much cheaper was the plastic nut that CAN'T BE REMOVED!?! The best! 40 years and still going…
I’ve had my little type 203 for almost 40 years and it works just as good today as it did when I acquired it! Mine is serial number 904, and it has never failed me. Works and Lasts!
The first one I got was over 30 years ago. It still works like a champ. Bought one for a friend about 10 years ago, and his still works. Easy to use, holds enough beans for a 12 cup pot, cleans quickly with a dry brush. I'm getting another one because I wonder if the 30 year old grinder might need a vacation. I use it pretty much daily for coffee beans.

Easy to use, great value for the $.
In 1999 I bought this Krups grinder because we had limited space and it was just the two of us. For some reason I stopped buying whole bean coffee and switched around to the pod way of life. Going on 10th Year
I've had this coffee grinder for over 10 years and I've used it nearly every day. I came to the site to buy one as Christmas gift for my mum because she's gone through at least 3 other brands in the same amount of time. I do clean it with an espresso brush every day and I've never had a problem with it. Great little machine!

Poor Quality Parts = Short Lifespan
I’ve had this product for 3-4 months with infrequent use. There is a plastic threaded nut tightened down to a metal driveshaft that spins the blade assembly. The plastic threads strip very quickly, under even mild use in my case, and render this item useless. Motor is operating when the button is pushed, but the blade assembly won’t spin. 20 Years Old and Still Going Strong!
Got this as a gift over 20 years ago. Use it almost daily to grind my coffee. Aside from me accidentally putting the cord too close to the stove and melting it a bit the machine still works great. Reading some of these reviews I may never need to buy another one again.

Short life span
I have purchased two of these grinders. Unfortunately they both stopped working within 2-3 years of purchase. The motor just suddenly stops working. I would not recommend purchasing this grinder.
