has some problems but is pretty good otherwise
Fits well: doesn't fall out of my ears.
Buttons are easy to find by touch and intuitive to use, but the blue Bluetooth pairing light often flashes incessantly despite being paired and playing sound. The Bluetooth pairing itself works without a hitch though.

The only time I have issues with those earbuds is when I buy them online on staples. I've own this exact same pair of earbuds for 2 years with no issue when I by them in store. the first pair I bought was online and one earbud didnt work. the next two I bought in store and they both lasted me 1 year, my most recent pair still work but I bought another pair online as bac...

solid earbuds, mediocre battery
staples service was great, earbuds are comfy and functional. just barely last thru a work day tho so sometimes my music dies on my commute back. bluetooth is good tho.

Incorrect items
The headphones would have been good had they been the correct item that was pictured. I had returned them as they are not the ones I wanted.
Other than that, the shipping was good and items did show up undamaged.
